Come in the footsteps of the architect Luis Barragán. (Guadalajara, Jalisco, México; 9 de Marzo de 1902-Ciudad de México, 22 de Noviembre de 1988) was one of the most important Mexican architects of the 20th century and the only one of his nationality to receive the Prix Pritzker, in 1980. It is one of the most influential architects of Mexican modernity, his work is a reference by the current architects both in Visual aspect as conceptuals. Its constructions are regularly visited by practicing students and architects from almost the whole world.

Day 1 : Arrival in Mexico. Reception, transfer and installation in the hotel

Day 2 : Giraldi ´house(Barragán) - Soumaya Museum - Jumex Museum  - Musée Tamayo - Anthropology Museum

Day 3 : Ortega´house : the maze garden - Luis Barragán´studio house - Zocalo : historical center, the catedral, National Palace, the Governor´palace,  and temple aztec remains : Major temple - Garibaldi place 

Day 4 : Cholula - church native of Tonantzitlán - Puebla : centre historique, Rosary Chapel  - Toyo Ito Museum

Day 5 : Tower 41 (work of the architect Alberto Kalach) - Kurimanzutto gallery (A. Kalach) - UNAM library

(University National Autonom of Mexico) - MUAC Museum (Universitary Museum of Contemporary Architecture)

Day 6 : Clubs Barragán : Equestrian Center conceived by Luis Barragán - Vasconcelos library (work of A. Kalach) -Teotihuacan : visit of a Stone semi precious sculptors workshop semi-précieuses, demonstration of the use of Agave

made by the Teotihuacanos, pulque tasting, mezcal and tequila

Day 7 : Teotihuacan : morning flight in hot air balloons to admire the magnificence of the site. Visit of the archaeological site:pyramid of Quetzalcóatl, pyramid of the Sun, pyramid of the Moon-transfer to the airport assistance to the
